First AI-generated sale within two weeks of launch

Lotsa Group needed to modernise its Lotsa Lanyards website while working within a practical budget. The new website needed to look professional, communicate the company's extensive printing capabilities and make it easier for customers to understand their options and place an enquiry or order.
The client, Paul, wanted to keep development costs under control without compromising the quality or professionalism of the finished website. This meant making smart decisions around design, platform, functionality and development time.
Lotsa can produce an extensive range of custom lanyards across different colours, styles, materials and printing options. The challenge was presenting this versatility clearly without overwhelming visitors. The website needed to quickly communicate a simple message: whatever type of lanyard a customer needs, Lotsa can probably produce it — and produce it to a high standard.
The ordering process involved a number of options and interactions that could easily become complicated for the user. We needed to create an intuitive customer journey while keeping the underlying development practical and cost-effective.
Beyond the visual redesign, the website also needed stronger technical foundations. Schema and page structure were reviewed and improved to help search engines and AI platforms better understand Lotsa's products, services and capabilities.
We used Figma during the design process before rebuilding the website in WordPress. This provided an efficient way to develop and refine the visual experience before committing development resources. WordPress provided the flexibility required to create the necessary interactions and ordering experience while remaining within the client's budget.
The ordering process was refined to make it lightweight, intuitive and easy to navigate. Rather than adding unnecessary complexity, the focus was on helping customers move naturally through their available choices and towards an enquiry or purchase.
We retained the existing colour palette to maintain brand familiarity while giving the overall website a more contemporary and professional presentation. The distinctive pink colour palette helps Lotsa Lanyards stand apart from more traditional competitors while creating a memorable visual identity suitable for both B2B and B2C customers.
We restructured and improved the website's schema and supporting content architecture so that search engines and AI platforms could more clearly understand what Lotsa Lanyards offers. This wasn't simply an SEO exercise. The objective was to make the business more discoverable in a world where potential customers are increasingly asking AI platforms for recommendations, suppliers and solutions.
By combining Figma for design with WordPress development, we delivered a substantial improvement to the website while keeping development costs under control. The result is a professional, modern website that better represents the quality and versatility of the Lotsa Lanyards offering.
The redesigned website makes it easier for customers to explore Lotsa's lanyard capabilities, understand their available options and progress through the ordering process.
The refreshed design retained the distinctive Lotsa personality while presenting the company as an established, professional and highly capable lanyard supplier.
Perhaps the most significant early result came from the website's improved schema and AI readiness. Within just two weeks of launching the updated website, Paul reported receiving his first sale originating through AI. This provided an early real-world indication that improving the website's structure and schema was helping AI platforms understand, identify and recommend Lotsa Lanyards to potential customers.
